After more than a decade of intense study and practice, Nate Fegan came to realize his successful approach to simple happiness, perfect health, and long lasting enlightenment, now known as Effortless Body And Mind (E~bm), could be shared and replicated by many others who have a need to achieve and enjoy its powerful health benefits.

The E~bm approach to simple happiness, perfect health, and long lasting enlightenment employs a unique synthesis of Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, Meditation, Low-Impact Exercise, and Neuro-Linguistic Sciences to bring the body and mind back into perfect balance and alignment with its powerful design to experience greater and greater physical and mental health.

Nate Fegan’s E~bm programs were first introduced in 2007 at The Studio- From Music To Martial Arts (his own family operated studio in Fair Haven, NJ). Later, E~bm programs would appear at Brookdale Community College (Lincroft, NJ), Monmouth University (Long Branch, NJ), The Yoga Studio (Fair Haven, NJ), Blue Moon Yoga (Shrewsbury, NJ), Sen Institute (Manasquan, NJ), Pearl Street Gym (Long Branch, NJ), Barnes And Noble Book Store (Freehold, NJ), Road Runner Sports (Shrewsbury, NJ), and Whole Foods Market (Middletown, NJ).

Currently, Nate Fegan’s E~bm approach to Tai Chi (as regularly scheduled classes) can be found at Brookdale Community College and The Studio- From Music To Martial Arts. Private sessions are also available.
